Casström Lapland Leather Wax is a wax that is specially made to protect leather pouches, knife sheaths and holsters. It ensures that they retain their strength and shape.

Other leather greases, waxes and oils on the market are made to keep leather soft and flexible, such as boots, saddles and gloves. If leather is made flexible, there is a risk that the leather will become weaker. Leather that has a specific shape and size to protect something, for example a knife, should not become supple and weaker.

Lapland Leatherwax is Casström's own mix of mainly natural products such as beeswax, carnauba wax and neatsfoot oil.

Apply the wax with a cloth directly to the leather and rub it out well. Let the wax dry for approximately 30 minutes and then wipe the leather with a clean cloth. After 24 hours, this treatment can be repeated for the best result. The leather now has a protective layer that makes it resistant to dirt and moisture. Repeat if necessary, or at least several times a year.

Light coloured leather may darken slightly after use and matt leather will have more gloss.

Close the can tightly to prevent drying out.
