The popular Travel Hammock has 2 zips (one on each side), allowing you to get in and out of the hammock very quickly on either side. The Travel Hammock by DD Hammocks also has a mosquito net, which can easily be hung above the hammock by opening both zips completely and tying the mosquito net together. This mosquito net is very fine-meshed to keep all insects out!

The DD Travel Hammock is equipped with 2 waterproof base layers, which you can use to make a basic tent, if needed, to get through the night dry. This can be handy when, for example, there are no trees in the area.

The DD Travel Hammock also features 2 small internal storage compartments, which are ideal for storing, for example, a torch or phone. The hammock is also equipped with Velcro strips between the 2 base layers, to keep a sleeping mat in place when spending the night in this hammock in cold weather.

It is also possible to hang the Travel Hammock upside down, with the mosquito net at the bottom, for those who really want to sleep under the open sky!

The waterproof bottom means this hammock can be used anywhere, and in combination with a DD Tarp, this hammock is the ideal lightweight camping system! Just keep in mind that because the bottom is waterproof, this hammock does not breathe. If you prefer a hammock that is breathable look at the Frontline Hammock. The Frontline Hammock has the same design as this Travel Hammock, but with the Frontline Hammock, the base layers are not waterproof and therefore breathable.
