The Phoenix Ember 250 is filled with 250gsm ‘spiral hollowfibre’. This is a lightweight filling that provides good insulation due to the open chambers.

At the feet, there is a sturdy, waterproof fixed liner that allows you to keep your shoes on in the sleeping bag without damaging the Phoenix Ember 250.

At the height of the shoulders, there is a pocket where you can store your valuables.
