The Percolator principle for the unique taste

The Percolator works simply but convincingly: inside the pot is a device with a tube and a sieve holder for coffee or tea powder. The boiling water rises in the tube and flows through the permeable lid into the drink powder. It absorbs the aroma and mixes with the remaining water. So the longer the water circulates in the Percolator, the more intense the taste becomes: this principle also releases the finest nuances of flavour into tea and coffee. Via the glass button in the lid, you can watch the whole process.
