A characteristic feature of the Lesovik HEKSA tarp is its hexagonal shape. The "ridge" of up to 360 cm long perfectly protects the hammock from rain. The concave-cut sides of the material ensure better tension and thus keep the tarp in perfect shape. As a result, rainwater will never accumulate in the so-called "bowls" on the fabric.
The Lesovik HEKSA tarp is perfect to combine with the DRAKA hammock set.
Thanks to the natural colours of the Lesovik HEKSA tarp, it fits perfectly into the surroundings of your basecamp in the forest.
The Lesovik HEKSA tarp provides ample shelter while camping. You can easily cook under it, organise your equipment, sleep (even with several people) or just take shelter from bad weather. The specially chosen size of 360 × 300 cm was chosen to provide the best protection for our hammocks and your equipment.
The 6 hanging and guy points allow you to hang the Lesovik HEKSA tarp quickly and hassle-free. To make hanging even easier, Lesovik has used a system of built-in line tensioners. The suspension system is simple, it can be operated with one hand and requires no knowledge of knots. After this, tension the guy lines to the ground with a peg and the line tensioner automatically locks the guy line against loosening.
To increase durability, all attachment points are made of laser-cut Hypalon - a rubber-nylon laminate, which is used in the production of military equipment, among other things.
To make the HEKSA tarps, Lesovik uses nylon in microripstop fabric. This fabric is completely waterproof, windproof and resistant to mechanical damage. The microripstop fabric protects against tearing through the fabric if a hole does occur unexpectedly.
