Origin Outdoor's cast iron skillet is unique with its polished and non-stick design. This cast iron pan is easy to clean and ideal for baking. This cast iron skillet works on all types of cookers (induction, gas, electric, oven, ceramic and, of course, campfire).
The Origin Outdoors cast iron skillet can be used immediately, as it is polished and already burnt in.
After use, clean the cast iron skillet with water without soap or detergent.
If food has caked in the skillet, you can remove it with a steel sponge. After that, it is important that you heat the Origin Outdoors cast-iron skillet one more time until all the moisture has evaporated from the pores and then grease it with a little vegetable oil. It's best to use sunflower oil for this, olive oil will get sticky.
A very thin layer of burnt-on fat will form in a cast-iron pan, which is normal and ensures that the pan never sticks. The grease settles in the pores of the iron.
After cleaning the pan, dry it well and, if necessary, rub it with some oil.
NEVER put the cast iron skillet in the dishwasher.
