The Hultafors Precision knife PK GH has a handle with an extra strong grip and is specially designed for work that requires more precision, such as when cutting spoons, spatulas or other crafts.

The blade is scandi ground. A major advantage of this sharpening method is that it is easy to resharpen.

The sheath is made of plastic and can easily be hung on a belt and ensures that the Hultafors PK GH Precision Knife is securely stored. 

Carbon steel is easy to sharpen. It does, however, require a little more maintenance! The Hultafors PK GH precision knife should be cleaned and oiled after use before storing. You can do this with this honey oil.

The blade of the Hultafors Precision PK GH knife is made of Japanese knife steel; 2.0 mm carbon steel hardened to 58-60 HRC.
