Delivery procedure

Free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for orders over € 99,-!

Your order comes in at Bushpappa.nl
We process your request.
As soon as Bushpappa.nl has your order ready for shipment, you will be notified by e-mail.
Your order will be shipped via PostNL and if ordered before 17:00, shipped the same day. 

For orders to Belgium above € 99,- shipping is free, below € 8,95
Free shipping applies to orders to Germany above € 99,- below € 7.95.

Shipping costs to countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germay are automatically calculated in the Checkout according to the rates of Postnl

Right of withdrawal/Consumer law

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to Bushpappa.nl within 14 days of your notification via PostNL and Bushpappa will be provided with the tracking code. Products that are at a sale price because they are being removed from the range cannot be returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected] and return the item according to Bushpappa's instructions. If you have complied with these conditions, we will refund the order amount due in full within 7 days of processing your return. If you do not comply with these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In that case, we will only send your product back to you once you have paid the shipping costs. Alternatively, we will keep the product and refund the full purchase price, minus 40% of the purchase price + the shipping costs incurred by us.

The costs for returning the goods to Bushpappa.nl are for your own account. The shipping costs incurred for sending the order to be returned to an address outside the Netherlands are also for your own account. For this, we will calculate the actual costs incurred for shipping abroad and these will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded. If you return your order via a method other than Postnl and Bushpappa, or if you collect the return from a different shipper, we will charge €15 for collection costs.

If an order, which is delivered to a Postnl location, is not picked up for whatever reason or the order is refused at the door, then the actual shipping and return costs that apply will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, plus an administration and handling fee, which comes to a total of €20, as well as the payment costs incurred. For shipments outside the Netherlands, this amount is higher, depending on the country.

We do not accept the return of sleeping bags, tents, bivouac bags, bivouac tents, sleeping mats and other sleeping aids that have been used or appear to have been washed. The right of return covers trying out a product, as one would do in a shop. Trying out a product during a weekend camping trip or other activity is therefore not covered.

If it is clear that a water filter, drinking bottle or other hygiene product has been used or opened, we will not take it back and we will charge you the shipping and handling costs so that you can receive the product back. If you do not pay these costs within 14 days, we will throw the product away and you will lose any right of return or refund. We no longer accept returns of Wilma naturprodukter brand products because we can no longer guarantee the quality when it is a returned product and it is therefore a hygiene product.

If you return a product that you have damaged and that has become unsaleable for us as a result, we will not take it back and we will charge you the shipping and handling costs so that you can receive the product back. If you do not pay these costs within 14 days, we will throw the product away and you will lose any right of return or refund.

Bushpappa.nl offers its general terms and conditions in accordance with the guidelines of the Distance Selling Act. You can read about your rights and obligations when buying via the internet at distance selling.

Orders for custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned. Business orders are not covered by consumer law or the Distance Selling Act and are therefore not accepted.

Products that we have ordered for you at your request cannot be returned.

WARRANTY & CLAIMS

At Bushpappa you have of course the right to warranty on the products you purchased. Of course it can happen that a product breaks down, despite our strict quality requirements. On all your purchased products the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. In addition, (for most products) the manufacturer's warranty applies. The manufacturer always offers a minimum of 12 months warranty, in some cases this is 24 months, sometimes even a 'lifetime' warranty. Within this manufacturer's warranty we always contact the manufacturer to discuss what the manufacturer wants to offer you to repair the defect. In a number of cases the product will be exchanged by them. We always consult with you to find the best solution.

The return costs of a product for which the warranty is rightly granted will only be reimbursed over the costs incurred in the country to which the product was initially shipped.

This legal guarantee applies only to all new products in our range.

Products that have already been used or are made of animal or other natural materials are unfortunately excluded from this warranty. For these products applies that if they are already damaged / not usable are delivered, that they are replaced. If they are damaged by the consumer during use, they are not covered by the warranty.

Zippers are extensively checked and tested before shipment. Zippers that do not work will not be shipped. Zippers are therefore not covered by the warranty.
